Carla is a professional with over 20 years of international experience in the Energy Oil & Gas industry, particularly with Schlumberger, where she developed and executed business and performance-enhancement strategies in complex and remote environments. Her drive to innovate and implement transformative business models is fueled by her deep passion for people, the environment, and leveraging her multicultural global experience.

She furthered her expertise by completing an MSC in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. Carla made a strategic career shift to become Group Account Vice President at ABB, before recently joining Weatherford as Vice President for Asia.

Her approach blends customer-centricity, perseverance, and audacity, with a unique ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable plans.
