As Global Head of Digital Partnerships and Alliances:
Architected SLB Digital’s $13M investment in Geminus AI’s Series A. Led a small team that negotiated all aspects of the deal (share purchase agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Re-seller agreement)
Led the team that designed and launched the SLB Digital Platform Partner Program at the SLB Digital Forum 2022
Involved in creation of key partnerships with Dataiku and Cognite
Designed and implemented structure and process around digital go-to-market partnerships and the SLB Digital Investment Committee
As an integral member of the SLB CEO strategy team:
Positioned “Customer Centricity” with CEO/ELT as new axis of differentiation for SLB and developed a company-wide plan including programs on internal culture, customer experience, and commercial excellence
Developed and executed a worldwide net promoter score (NPS) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey for 5213 customers and 1904 colleagues with 30%/81% response rates and action plan. External sources cite substantial recent improvement in CSAT
Implemented value articulation and T&Cs management programs to improve customer experience and increase SLB margins
