Phil Teijeira has 25 years of global supply chain and operational management experience in the energy industry. During his first 6 years at Enbridge, he served as VP & Chief Supply Chain Officer, leading the centralized Supply Chain Management team.

Before joining Enbridge in 2017, Phil was Schlumberger’s Global Head of Procurement & Sourcing (CPO) in Paris and Vice President of Production Technologies in Houston, where he held a global P&L role. His career at Schlumberger included operational coverage across North America, Europe, and Africa.

Most recently, Phil served as Chief Customer Officer and Vice President for Enbridge Gas Distribution and Storage, overseeing Customer Care, Sales, and Large Volume contracting for 3.9 million retail customers. He also briefly led Enbridge Sustain, an unregulated low-carbon business line, and played a key role in integrating the Dominion Energy acquisition before leaving Enbridge.

Phil is the co-founder of Metatrail Capital, a venture fund focused on growth-stage investments across multiple sectors, and Bloomfield Executives, a consultancy providing executive advisory services.

He holds a dual M.Sc. degree from the University of Sherbrooke and Excelia (Poitiers) in France. Originally from Sherbrooke, Quebec, Phil now lives in Prince Edward County, Ontario, with his wife and two kids.
