Suzanne Clark is passionate about helping organizations, Boards and executives make meaningful connections—to strategies, their work and each other. She is the Co-Founder and President of Pursuit Advisory Partners, a management consulting firm that operates at the intersection of governance, strategy and leadership.

As one of Canada’s top executive recruiters, Suzanne has helped prominent organizations and Boards recruit more than 100 outstanding CEOs and executive leaders in her capacity as Partner at Four Corners Group and Vice President at Gallagher Canada. She specializes in supporting leadership teams and Boards through succession and transition planning, particularly upon the retirement or planned departure of a founder or long-serving CEO.

Suzanne’s leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director of two national charities and as the Senior Acquisitions Editor at Oxford University Press Canada. A linguist by training, she holds Masters degrees in Law (from the University of Toronto) and English (from Western University), and is a part-time faculty member within the Master of Management program at Trent University, where she teaches graduate courses in leadership, business ethics and organizational effectiveness.
