Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director/CEO for SLB in Pakistan & Yemen, overseeing a major multi‑country business and delivering 60% revenue growth, 400% profitability increase, 20% market‑share expansion, and a 60% reduction in receivables, while driving a 40% industry tax reduction and doubling female employment.

With a firm belief in people centric management style, Zaurayze successfully led multi-faceted global teams. Previously, Tarique was Vice President of Supply Chain for SLB Asia, managing a $500M regional business across India, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. He also served as Vice President of Marketing & Technology for SLB in the United States, directing technology strategy for a $3.5B global business and a $1B portfolio.
